Mandatory Meeting

December 10, 2015 at 6:00 pm at Buck Hill in the Ski School building near the tubing hill on the first level located just below the restaurant.

• All participants MUST attend the meeting to sign up; no registrations will be accepted at school.

• Rental forms are filled out at the meeting and collected. They are passed out each week to eliminate lost and forgotten forms. 

• Helmets are mandatory.

  • They can be purchased at many local sporting goods stores.

  • Buck Hill has helmet rentals available for $25 for 5 nights.

What you need to bring to the meeting:

• Print out and sign the 2015-2016 Liability and Code of Conduct document located below.

• Payment for package option you choose purchased directly from Buck Hill.

• Your student's height, weight, and shoe size to fill out the rental forms.

• Calendar to coordinate carpooling with other students.
